This cable is really an OpenPort 1.3U cable but without the $40 license it costs to use EcuFlash.  You can use this cable for full datalogging capabilities, but it has one more advantage than EvoScan 1.3D cable, and that is that you can use this cable with EvoScan v2.7 or EvoScan v2.8 for Reflashing Evo7, 8, or 9.
